As in the past years, we will organise an internal ISPOLE seminar to prepare FNRS fellowship applications in December.

The idea is to bring together the candidates who will submit an FNRS application ('aspirant.e', 'chargé.e de recherche') and their promotors in order to discuss each other’s' drafts. The format of the seminar requires that the candidates, as well as their promotors, are present and actively participate in the seminar during the entire day.

This year’s seminar will take place on Tuesday 19 December (tentative planning: from 9h00 to 17h00, but this can still change depending on the number of applications to be discussed).

If you wish to participate, please send me an email with the following information by Tuesday 5 December at the latest:

-       your name & the name of your candidate or promotor

-       the (working) title of the project

-       the type of fellowship you are applying for (aspirant.e, chargé.e de recherche)

Further key dates after registering are:

-       Tuesday 12 December: submission of draft application files in the FNRS format (so that all participants have one week to read them and to prepare the seminar)

-       Tuesday 19 December: seminar

For the promotors: forward this message to the candidates you are going to support.

If you won't submit an application this year, but if you want to participate and to provide comments on the applications of your colleagues, you are of course more than welcome to do so. Just drop me a line and we will keep you in the loop.
