Thanks to a generous support from the ISPOLE Capacity Building Budget and the participation of some senior academics, we have been organising a Course on Academic Writing in English and Academic Skills Development. This course is opened to PhD students and the first six sessions have been taking place during these last months.
The seventh session is devoted to Networking and participating to conferences and will take place on Tuesday 14 March, from 12h30 to 14h.
Professor Virginie Van Ingelgom will be sharing her insights and experience on the topic, and you will have the opportunity to ask your burning questions!
The session will be preceded by a sandwich lunch for participants at 12h.
Both the sandwich lunch and the session will take place at the Montesquieu learning centre, at the library BSPO, just in front of the Leclercq building.
If you do not know where it is, no worries! Marine will be waiting at the ISPOLE cafeteria from 11h45 to 12h, and will take you to the venue at 12h.
It will also be possible to attend online, but please note that the arrangement may not be as good as the one in the B290.
To participate, please register here by March 6. For any queries, please contact marine.bardou@uclouvain.be.
