Publication of a new volume: Migration Issues before International Courts and Tribunals, edited by the Italian National Research Council.

The volume contains texts in English and French on various interesting topics, including refoulement and best interest of the child, EU-Turkey statement, jurisdiction issues and sea operations in the Mediterranean, migration case law of the Inter-American Court of HR.

Francesco Gatta wrote chapter 5 on collective expulsions.
