Important modification in the PhD Regulation

A recent survey by the CODOL concludes that there are too many spelling mistakes in PhD admission files, which may hinder scientific dissemination and lead to desk rejection of articles.

As a result, the president of the doctoral committee announces the set up of a compulsory evaluation and associated tutorials to address this issue.  The test will be organized on a yearly basis.

All PhD students who still need to present their confirmation must also have taken and passed this written evaluation to be able to present their confirmation. This year, the test will take place in salle Vaes on Saturday from 9.30 am to 10.30 am. It cannot be made via Teams/at distance. Do not forget to register !
