Michèle Remy and Simon Hazée will give guiding principles and best practices of research data management.

This workshop will introduce participants to open science, what it is, why we need it and how to incorporate it into our research practices. We will zoom in on research data management throughout the research workflow and discuss some best practices in terms of data description, storage, protection (GDPR) and sharing. This workshop will also introduce DMPonline.be, an online tool to support and help researchers write and maintain data management plans.

Please note that this training will be given in English. It is compulsory in the cursus of all LouRIM members.
