Quentin Sellier is participating to “Ma thèse en 180 secondes - Belgique”

Exciting news: Quentin Sellier has been selected to participate in “Ma these en 180 secondes - Belgique”!
To prepare for this contest, Quentin will attend some coaching sessions to get ready for the big final in Louvain-La-Neuve. The objective is to pitch his PhD research in 180 seconds in a clear, short and convincing way with only one slide. Quite a challenge!
Quentin’s research interests focus on consumer experience, a discipline at the frontier of marketing and human-computer interaction. More specifically, he looks at the impact of new technologies on our experience as consumers and wants to demonstrate the necessity of considering more emotional and subjective aspects of human beings when creating new computer systems. Each university from the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles will hold local “battles” during the “Printemps des sciences” annual event. The UCLouvain final will take place on March 21 at Foyer Royal, Aula Magna (Louvain-la-Neuve,) at 5.00pm while the inter-university national final will take place on June 2nd at Ferme du Biereau (Louvain-La-Neuve). Register to attend.
The winner of the inter-university final will represent Belgium at the international final in Rabat!
