The paper An Investigation of the Effects on Consumer-Brand Relationships of Services Robot Indesirable Behaviors by Prof. Ingrid Poncin and Fanny Cambier, PhD (former member of the institute, Professor at NEOMA Business School, Reims) got the "Elsevier Prize for Most Innovative Paper" during the 27th RARCS Conference held from 6 to 9 July at Baveno (Italy). The aim of this conference is to bring together scholars from various disciplines and countries interested in retailing and consumer services.
