The Wallonia-Brussels Federation Study Grant Service can provide aid if you meet certain economic and academic conditions.

At any time, when you register or during the academic year, you can get help from the Student Support Service to find out about the university's internal financial aid possibilities. Your application for financial assistance must be drawn up with the help of the Student Support Service, after an appointment with a social assistant.
You can benefit from a reduced tuition fee in two cases:

Families with at least three children studying simultaneously at UCLouvain may qualify for a special allowance.

Children of UCLouvain staff (whether still working or not) may be entitled to free annual tuition (66€ registration fee to pay) and summer course fees, subject to certain conditions, which you can find on the specific page (French only).
If this applies to you, please submit to the Enrolment Office the relevant certificate, which is available on the intranet or from the Human Resources Department (arh-attestation-inscription@uclouvain.be).
