Changing courses

You are already registered in the Wallonia-Brussels federation (external or UCLouvain) and would like to transfer to UClouvain?

When you complete your online application for a change of course from 1 November, please attach this completed document in the appropriate place.

For students enrolled in the first year of a bachelor’s course, the Wallonia-Brussels Federation education decree provides for a specific change of course procedure. This only applies to students enrolled in the first year of a bachelor’s course at another higher education establishment in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.

Your change of course application must be submitted between 1 November and 15 February.
