Certain circumstances may lead to withdrawal from the university. There are two possible scenarios.
Depending on how far into the year you are, the steps to take and the consequences of withdrawing vary.
You have not yet paid a deposit on your tuition fee and are only provisionally enrolled. You must complete this form by 31 October.
The enrolment will not be included in your academic record.
You have already paid the deposit on the tuition fee and are regularly enrolled. You must complete this form by 30 November.
Your deposit and any associated costs will not be refunded.

You have therefore already paid the full tuition and supplementary fees, and are regularly enrolled. You must inform us of your desire to withdraw from your studies by completing this form.
Your enrolment fees and ancillary costs will not be refunded.

Your provisional enrolment is automatically cancelled by UCLouvain. As a reminder, the deposit must be paid by 31 October.
If this is the case, you do not have to pay any additional tuition fee.
The enrolment will not be included in your higher education record.
Your regular enrolment is automatically cancelled by UCLouvain. As a reminder, the balance of the tuition fee must be paid by 1 February.
If not, the tuition fee remains due. Supplementary fees will not be reimbursed.

Your regular enrolment is automatically cancelled by UCLouvain. As a reminder, the balance of the tuition fee must be paid no later than 30 days after your scholarship has been refused.
If it is not, the tuition fee remains due. Supplemental fees will not be reimbursed.

At the time of your forced withdrawal, you received a withdrawal notice by email in which is a form for contesting UCLouvain’s decision to forcibly have you withdrawn. It should be sent to the UCLouvain Déléguée du gouvernement (Government Delegate). The procedures are explained in the email.
