Incoming Exchange Student

Welcome to the the Economics School of Louvain!

You have been selected as an exchange student to spend a semester or a full academic year at our institution. We'll do everything possible to help you in your academic stay and social integration in Louvain-la-Neuve.

A few days before your arrival, you will receive a complete email with practical information about your stay at UCLouvain, your learning agreement, course registration, exam registration, etc. 

On Friday September 12th 2025, you are  invited to attend the UCLouvain International students' day. Participation is free of charge, but you have to register for this very useful event. We warmly advise you to participate as all the various services, student bodies, sport reps and more will be there to make sure that you get all the information you need to ensure the best stay with us. We strongly encourage you to arrive in Louvain-La-Neuve in time to attend this special day!.

A specific information session will be organized by the ESL International Office on Friday September 12th 2025 at 3pm (more info will follow via email).
