Management with a research focus

Overview
The Master's in Management with a research focus is aimed at future PhD candidates. The research focus (30 ECTS) is centered on the epistemological and methodological training for research in management sciences. During the Master's, students also have the opportunity to participate to a research internship at a research center linked to the LSM. They may also write a research Master's thesis that consists of either a state of literature and the design of a research project, or a first preliminary empirical research in a PhD.
Objectives
- Master fundamental, in-depth and critical knowledge of management theories
- Be able to apply relevant theory when confronted with a concrete management problem
- Master different research methodologies and methods in order to collect, analyze, and report data in a rigorous scientific way
